Karbonn Mobiles — Feeling cheated by Karbonn's product and service!! | |||
I bought "Karbonn Titanium Octane" in May 2015 and within 3 months, its display went bad. I went to the service center in Indiranagar, Bangalore but they told it will not come under our service center and gave us Domlur, Bangalore service center's address. When we went there, the lady sitting on front desk told us that the display is broken and so, the phone will not be covered under warranty. There is not even a single scratch on the phone and she is telling that its broken, on what basis we don't know. The engineer sitting inside told us to buy a new phone rather then getting this serviced.. Woww what a suggestion!! What kind of a service is this?? Even when the display has issue, your service center is not ready to take it just because its under warranty?? WE FEEL CHEATED!!! A 10K PHONE WENT BAD WITHIN 3 MONTHS AND NOW NO SERVICE FOR THAT AS WELL??? Is Karbonn not making good phones or you people don't want to take it for service just because its under warranty?? If this is the quality of your products and services, then, we will definitely recommend people, not to buy KARBONN and not suffer like us!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
