Karbonn Mobiles — From 70 days not receive my karbonn handset

my name sachin mehta. from goregaon west, mumbai 62.i have given my handset to the mall malad west area for repair before 70 days complaint docket no. k 6650.. i have visited near 15 times and call them but no responsed.from last near so many days karbonn officer call me and told me to collect new handset from gallery if is not available they will give me new version. but till i not get it.three time karbonn companys man name mr. sushil his contact no is. [protected]. i have all recorded conversations with him. they cheat us to try me to giving another ones handset which is totally scrap. back camera is crack, they have change touchpad with some ones old mobile. only they stick sticker of imei no from my mobile. please help me out. my mobile no [protected].
