Hi, I purchased a mobile Karbonn octane plus ([protected]), when I had received the mobile soon after I realized that the MIC problem (outgoing voice problem) of mobile was not working .As per the procedure I went to the registered service Centre in Infinity care and they asked me to pay 750 rs first to get the MIC replaced or repaired, at that time my mobile had already been dead completely, when i dropp for repair then i call them only recived only one ans your mobile update will update after 25 day, when i call agin when i got same ans your mobile status update after 25 days, i tired for call and his same ans and finally i got mobile then i face other problem the flik in disply (display line problem) and camera was not working i face problem from last 6 months to till date Was this information helpful? | |||
