I bought a Karbonn mobile A9+ on 01st July, 2013 from a retail shop in my locality. After the use of only few months, the screen started to become completely white. I gave it for repairing in Karbonn Service Centre located at Hari Niwas Complex, Patna, Bihar on 20th February, 2014. After keeping my mobile for more than 4 months and always postponing the delivery, finally they gave me A15+ as replacement in which there was no front camera as well as flash facility. On asking them, they said that the company has stopped manufacturing A9+. They had given the date for delivery after 15 days and they delivered after more than 4 months. So, is it my problem that company stopped manufacturing A9+? They kept my phone for so many days and its their fault. So, why should suffer and carry a phone with no front camera and flash facility which was there in A9+. I think replacement of a product is done when the all the facilities provided by the default one is present in the new product. But this was not done with me. And i ask u why? Its not my fault that company has stopped manufacturing A9+. The company kept it for more than 4 months and is then giving me a replaced set which has not even as much facilities as was in the previous one. After keeping me without phone for more than 4 months, the company should compensate for the loss by giving a phone with more facilities. But the concerned one did not do it.So, I want you to do justice with me.
