1. Phone deposited at service center and despatched to your team on 9th
sept 2015 and delivered on 10 sept 2015

2. Everytime when i called to customer care got reply "nischant rahe appka
phone 10 din maain deliver ho jayega) but these 10 days never come tille
now. It is 10 days less only to comple 2 month. I never seen that in the
world any mobile can take so long time.

3. Do i know i will get my phone or not ?

4. Who will pay ny loss due to unavailablity of phone device and who will
extend warranty

5. Alos i would like to know address and contact person in charge so that i
can call and visit and discuss about this unavoidable proble.

6. Pls clarify why my phone taken so long time and proper reason.

return my phone in proper condition or not?
