I Mr. Chetan Jagnade had purchased a Karbonn A29 on 9th June 2014. I faced some problem in my phones touch pad . I submitted my phone in the Karbonn authorised service centre ( Kaiser Electronics ) my vicinity on 16th August 2014. I got my phone after three months on 19th October 2014, But there was no improvement in my phone. I again submitted my phone the very next day 20th October 2014.I have registered a complaint of my phone in the service centre Job Sheet No - KJASPMH1901014K14230 Karbonn A29. The service centre is not at all responsible answering to any of my questions. They are not giving me any assured date to receive my phone. They told me that my phone is been sent to the company. I am not aware of any thing where is my phone is right now. I am fed up of all this and now I am not interested in that phone. I want a new phone with extended warranty, and I have even called in the company many a times. Already my phone is been kept in the service centre for last 6 months. I hope you'll will take necessary action and fast as possible or i will surely register a complaint against you'll in the consumer court. I wont warn you'll here after. Hope you will take necessary action regarding this and handover me a new cell phone with extended warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
