Date[protected] Model - Karbonn A9 Star Service Center - Vision Tech Enterprises Pune my mobiles imei no1:[protected] and imei-2:[protected]. i have given for servicing on 9 th Aug 2014 in karbonn authorised service centre in Vision Tech Enterprises Pune and still problem has not resolved .the problem was the phone was hanging too much and there was auto on off problem and many other small problem.For this issue i submitted mobile 3 times to service center, but again same problem persist, finally they sent it to company but till mobile not received. almost 60 days finish so i requst you to arrange another mobile phone immediately because it is under warranty period.
