Karbonn Mobiles — KARBON A25 PENDING FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTH

Respected Sir/Madam, I have submitted my karbon A25 in AKS TELECOM chandigarh on dated 30.12.2014 due to some issue in its touch and battery and the customer executive told me that you can receive it after 30days. I am regularly trying to get it from February 5th but every time they ask me to wait for 5 to 10 days. but today is 16march but they are still told me to wait for 10 to 15 days. it is just a ridicules services provided by karbon customer care. I am totally dissatisfied from the services provided by the karbon customer care. dear sir/madam please resolve my issue as soon as possible. regards krishan kumar m.no----[protected], [protected]

Dear sir, i had given karbonn titanium s5plus on 9th JANUARY 2015 in karbonn service centre, Ranchi, Jharkhand. for the issue of charging point of cell not taking charge. Service providers said it wont be resolved here and they are sending cell to Noida and will get in 1 month. When i went there after 1 month they said your phone has not been dispatched and gave me the tollfree no.[protected] so that i can directly talk to them. Ever since then i been calling them and each time i have been receiving the same answer that its being processed and will be delivered in 5days. Its just so ridiculous and upsetting. Its been more than 2months. Sir i request you to kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible. Seema Horo
