Dear sir/ madam, I have purchased a Karbonn A7* mobile on 23.06.13 from kanchipuram Czone mobile shop, since day i am purchase facing problem in battery backup and micro chip.i was keep on going to CIT nagar service center (Mobile India_TN 2/49, North main road, west CIT nagar, near nandhi statue, T-nagar, chennai) with the subject job sheet no. but nothing is resolved since day, am not even used my mobile hole day i have serviced more than five to seven times, last service am given on 23.11.2013 since day the problem is not solved and also am lost mobile warrant period due to service delay. i request process mobile as DOA or else kindly refund my money or i am ready file case against company its worst service i have seen compare other brand no response from any one Name : Nandhabalan mobile nos.
