Kindly look this matter serious and solve on urgent basis
1 :17th Sep 2015 Purchased a Karbonn Mobile model- A119 from HomeShop with
EMI Number: [protected]
2: Mobile Phone giving network issues, Submit a Mobile in AKS Telecom, Sector 22, Chandigarh with Job Sheet Number : KJASPPB184115K9486 on 8th Jan 2015.
3: Mobile sent to Delhi/Pune for Service
4: Phone recieved on 8/9 March 2015 after atleast 2 months even with repeating calls, Surprised to see as Company replace the Karbonn Mobile A19 with EMI Number :[protected]
i not accepted the phone as with Different Model and different configuration
5: On 24 March 2015- After getting superb response as suggested in point6, After all, I collect the phone from AKS Telecom, Chandigarh.Collect at 04:00 Pm and at 10:00 Pm phone getting restarded again and again. Phone Life was only 6 hours
6: 25 March 2015:- Went to AKS Telecom for installing software, He told me that Service center change to Davinder Communication, Shop No :2212/1, Near Fouji Dhabha, Pipli Wala Town( Manimajra), went there and at Davinder Communications, That person installed the software but the phone again not started and i have to again submit the phone, now i think have to wait for another min 60 days.I have been without phone from last 3 months now
Kindly refund me money or Please reply with DO Letter what ever we say it. I am complaining as this is the only last thing i can do. Claiming my rights, I kindly request you to look into the matter seriously and to do the needful at the earliest possible way.
