Karbonn Mobiles — Karbonn Mobile A11 given for service on 14.2.2015-job no KUASCTN004J2764

I handed over my mobile for replacement of touch screen and paid Rs.1600/- I was informed that some service is to be done and the mobile is being sent to Bangalore. I was informed that the mobile will be delivered within a week. Till date there is no response from Chennai Tambaram service centre-United Care- they are not at all lifting phone. Is this the way of handling customer care/service. Can some one help me
