Hello This is inform you that i have purchased new Kabonn mobile 70 days back but with in a week it got switched off but then i have submitted the phone at Service center and i get my phone after 32 days but same days i have check and just plug in the charger after that phone again not starting. but again i have submitted the phone at center on 13 th June or still not received. so tell me what i have to do Complain no. KJASPDL14615KR1694 Either give me new mobile phone or rectify my complaint in a week time. if my complaint not resolved with in a week then i will move to consumer court against you. What is status of my complaint. It is still pending and I have not received any call . It is really very frustrated. I am planning to move to consumer court as no action taken by you.
