I bought a Karbonn mobile (Octane Plus) in Mar-2015. It had some issues with the charging. Since it was still under warranty period, I gave it for servicing on Aug-26-2015 at one of their service centers in Hyderabad. I am yet to get any update on it.
Whenever I call the service center, they say call Karbonn Mobile Helpline #[protected] for latest status but when I call at this number, it never works. My service number is KJASPTG006815KR13.
I am so disappointed that finally I have purchased another mobile.
My sincere advice to fellow customers. Never buy Karbonn brand. It pays going with brands like Samsung, LG and all.
