Karbonn Mobiles — Karbonn phone is Vaulted in service center for two months and more to go

Karbonn is worst mobile company with very poor service, my phone is in service center from past two months and no part is available till date. I have submitted my mobile on 7nth Jan 2015 and today is 23 Feb 2015 and till now i have not received my phone.Every time I call they say phone will be available in next 5 days complaint number is KJASPUP422115K5782
