Karbonn Mobiles — Karbonn s320 (white) not working properly

My name is ashok, i purchased karbonn s 320(White) from amazone vide bill no hr- del[protected] with dated 29th april 2016, sold by seven star infosystem, unit no.1, khewat/khata no. 373/400 mustilrue no. 31, village ... Mewat- 122105, haryana india,

Most of the time there is lot of noise while making calls and battery back up also worst, in this condition i am unable to do the desired work.

In view of above i request you to please arrange to repair my mobile set or change the set, in this connection please guide me immediately so that problem can be resolved.
Failing which i will be constraint to take such steps which are not paletable tu your company.
