Karbonn Mobiles — Karbonn Service center people refused to help me, Need touch screen service

One month ago my mobile Karbonn Titanium S7 touch screen was broken due to some accident during the warranty period but LCD screen was safe, so I went to service center but they told that they can not repair it because touch is not available, so need to change complete screen means LCD screen+Digitizer both but I need only touch and I was ready to pay for that but they refused that they can not arrange it so this mobile repair is not possible. Please help and arrange Touch screen for my Karbonn Titanium S7 as soon as possible.
