Karbonn Mobiles — Karbonn Titanium S19 - I want my money back | |||
Hi, I had purchased a cell phone Karbonn Titanium S19 IMEI/ESN 1: [protected] IMEI/ESN 2: [protected]. The phone had a defect & used to get overheated everytime I used it, so I submitted it in authorized service center for Karbonn in Sai Telecom Pune on 26th Feb 2015. I got a call from service center on 6th May 2015 that my cell phone has come back from karbonn head officebut the problem still exists so we will have to resend it to Karbonn head office to rework on it. Since then its been more than 5 months now & still there is no proper action taken by Karbonn despite I sending them follow up mails. I have a complete mail trail of communication. I am now fed up of following up & requesting them for a call from authorized person & also informed that I will raise this issue to consumer court, still they are keeping my phone with.. I want to file charges against Karbonn for negligence & mental harassment by provinding me with refund and should also compensate me for all the haraassment and they fgave from last 5 months.
