Karbonn Mobiles — Karbonn totally defective Item not genuine products

From stating my mobile is not working properly it has a magore problem that it, s network out automatically and whenever my contact persons tell me that my mobile is not in network than i reboot it. it, s a tarrabale foult to me. and two three time i went to service center 50 kms from my residence executive not given proper responce to resolve this problem.
