Karbonn Mobiles — karbonn very delay in repairing the mobile in warranty

Dear Sir,

I [name removed] have purchased Karbonn A27+ in April-2014 and same has stop working in last month.
I immidiately contacted the customer care and then submitted the original bill with my moble with battery to the Panvel karbonn service center-Microcare, Maharashtra.

but, still my Karbonn A27+ mobile is with your Service centre from last two month.

Kindly solve the problem and give me my mobile or replacement whichever is required.
