Hi,

I had given my phone on 12th feb 2016 for repairing in delhi service centre. But still it has not repaired yet, whenever i called in your service centre every time they says problem will be resolved soon. It is more than 2 months has been passed but i haven't got my phone back & i m very disappointed with your services. I m not satisfied with urs service centres and call centres they are not responding properly. I have to suggest peoples that don't buy karbonn mobiles instead of that go with other company's because of very very bad services i m facing
