I have purchased a karbonn machone titanium s310(dark blue) from amazon on 04 September 2015 and i received the same on 09 September 2015 and the invoice no-HR-DEL[protected]. The display of the mobile broke from inside. I don't know how it happened because the phone didnt even fell down once. so i contacted the local service center in bhubaneswar but they told me that the display is broken and has to be changed. so then i contacted the amazon india customer care and they told me to take a DO from the local karbonn service center but the guy in the service center refuse to give so. then i contacted the amazon again and they told me to mail in this forum. please do the needful and send me the DO as soon as possible so that I can get the refund.
