Karbonn Mobiles — mobile given for service but not yet received

i have given my mobile in the karbonn service centre for my insurance claim damage on 30 of december but it was accepted on the the 14 or 15 of january.i am a businessman now how am i suppse to do my work.either you give a spare peice or give me a new karbonn titanium octane or give me my mobile repaired within 5 days.
