I had purchase a Karbonn Titanium S9 mobile phone on 30th January 2014. Within 4 months, there was
SIM error and I have given it for repair at their authorised service centre (Rudra Telecom, Vashi, Navi Mumbai) on 27th May, 2014, Days, weeks and now months have passed. They are neither giving back my mobile nor reporting the excact problem / status. I havebeen in touch with them through emails. But only the usual reply for the delay stating 'we apologise for inconvenience' but no concrete action has been taken.
Please guide me as to how to get my mobile repaired and back. Presently I have also got transferred and unable to go often to the service centre for queries. I have been facing a lot of trouble without a proper phone. Was this information helpful? |
