Karbonn Mobiles — Mobile Not received from Karbonn service centre

Respective Team, I am Nurul Khan, I am facing on very Bad response from your side and repair service from Karbonn care service center. Which is located at Noida Sector -27 ( Anuragni Electronics ). I have submitted on my Mobile Handset { Model No.;-S3 Titanium Plus } on Date 17/02/2015 that concern person had said that they required Max.7 days to solve my Mobile handset problem ( LED Display Broken) . I have called lots of time to that number what ever they have mentioned in The job sheet or visiting card { [protected] } ( Sandeep ) to some person said your mobile handset is not repair on till date. I am completely fed up with the kind of response and will definitely share this with my contacts, In case if this problem will not be resolved at the earliest, I have no hesitation to move to the consumer forum.
