Karbonn Mobiles — Mobile not returned even after two months

I have sent my karbonn mobile (quattro l50 hd) to service station on 18 th june just for touch pad failure repair. i am continuously taking followup with customer care executive as well as through mail. each time i am getting same reply that, your mobile is under repair & you will get it soon within next 8 to 10 days. but even after two months completion my mobile is not returned. how i can communicate with peoples without mobile phone? each time when i send mail to [protected]@jainindia.com, i got the same reply each time that, "we have noticed that you have written to us on the same concern once again, we highly regret the inconvenience caused to you. please be assured that your concern will be addressed within one working day."


I will never recommend anyone to buy karbonn company mobile, even though i will recommend that dont use even if you get it free of cost. their service is beyond the word of "poor / worst". also this mail will circulate on my facebook account by which at a time all peoples will know the quality of service from karbonn mobiles so they will aware before making mistake to buy karbon mobile.
