Karbonn Mobiles — Mobile service pending more than 1 month

My self ilavarasan. I was given my karbbon mobile (Model-Karboon taintanium octane plus) for service at 15th july in chennai service centre ( annai electronics) due to phone hanging problems. The Chennai service centre checked my mobile they detect some of the issue in my phone. After that they will listed which problems are my phone in check sheet. This problems are solved by my head service centre at Delhi. So we will send your phone to our head office service centre. It will take 1 or 2 weeks. I was checked my mobile phone service stautus periodically in Chennai service centre via phone. After two weeks later my mobile was serviced return to Chennai service centre. They once again checked my phone issues are rectified of not. While checking they found charging issue on my phone once again. So we have to once again sent your phone to head office service centre at (5 th Aug).It was reached Delhi service centre at (10 th Aug).So it wil take 7 working days for service. After that periodically follow up them about my phone service status up to till date. They told to still it was pending in Delhi head office service centre.
I was getting too worried about your service. It was really disappointing to me. Because I choose your mobile for it is a Indian product give really these kind of amazing features are given at this cost. I was enjoyed while using your product phone. When I am getting issue on my phone .I was faced your disappointing as well as unsatisfied service care. The service delaying was affected my day by day social activities lots more.
I hope you are realizing my problems or situation without using my phone at last 50 days. Also note that I was not seen like this customer service. Hence kindly lookup on my phone issue problem .This is your customer humble request.
Furthermore you are not taking it too seriously action about my phone service. I don’t have option again asking like this. I will move to further consumer court. I hope you are not to lead for took optional decision. I am looking forward your possible reply from your side. also attached my job sheet for your furtherance.
