[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — mobile under warranty given for repair not received

hello sir, I had given karbonn a26 mobile was repair which was under warranty. It has some software issues, so I gave my phone to (aditya infotech[protected] / [protected]) who are authorized service centre for Karbonn MObiles. This was given on 8th March 2014. And today its 28th May, 2014 and till now I have not received my mobile. every time I go there to ask regarding my mobile and they say it will still take 10-15 days. My JOB sheet NO. KJASPRJ112314K9405 DTD. 08/03/2014. AND kARBONN model NO. A 26. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER. AND IF POSSIBLE replace it with a NEW HandSET. REGARDS, ANKUR AGRAWAL [protected]

hello sir, I had given karbonn titeneum s5 plus mobile was repair which was under warranty. It has battery not charge issues, so I gave my phone to (shankla telecom .[protected]/ [protected]) who are authorized service centre for Karbonn MObiles. This was given on 07/05/2014. And today its 31/05/ 2014 and till now I have not received my mobile. every time I go there to ask regarding my mobile and they say it will still take 4-5 days. My JOB sheet NO. KJASPHR112514K3702. 07/05/2014. AND kARBONN model NO. S5PLUS. PLEASE HELP ME .IN THIS MATTER. AND IF POSSIBLE replace it with a NEW HandSET. REGARDS, ...
