Dear sir,
My name is Dr Rakesh Jain & had purchased your company Mobile Model No S1 Titanum as on 03/08/2013 in Jaipur.
I had approached to retail seller to replace the battery as this is in warrenty period, but he had not cooperated. Then I had approached to your service centre situated in Jaipur as on 18.08.2014 situated in " Omega Pvt Ltd" J-2 Himmant Nagar, Gopalpura Mod, Tonk Road, opp Manav Ashram Jaipur Contact No[protected]/ 2705386, and requested for purchase of New battery. Employee at Omega Pvt Ltd had registered demand of battery (online) with snaps of inner side of back cover and tell me that it shall delivered within 10 or 12 days. Ref of registration given by employee is "KJASPRJ152814K3857 Dated 18.8.2014.
Now, since last seven days no one is picking phone at your Omega Pvt Ltd . Today I have reached their and requested for status of new battery, they replied that we are not answerable for your battery, if we received, will informed otherwise through it in dust bin because this model is now no more with company.
Sir, please answer me that who shall be responsible for arranging the battery, and if company "Karboon" is not responsible then what at "Omega Pvt Ltd" said was correct to through this piece in dust bin. Please check this Omega Pvt Ltd and also suggest the way to get new battery at once.
