Karbonn Mobiles — New mobile set not repaired by service centre even after 60 Days | |||
Phone IMEI No. [protected]. The Karbonne Handset was purchase in May, 2015 whose screen got blanked on July, 2015 ( after 1-1/2 month only ). The hand set was given to authorized service center " JMV Technosol Pvt Limited", 252-O, Ground Floor, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110068, Ph. No. 011-[protected],[protected]. on Dt.8th Of July, 2015. The service center told me that it will take 45 days to repair. Even after 50 Days, when i connected to service center, they told me that it is still pending as the part has not been received from Karbonn mobile ( The office of Karbonn mobile is around 5 KM from service center ). I contacted to Karbonn mobile customer care on Dt. 24.08.2015, they told me that my handset will be repaired after 10 days.( Complain No. 262652, Dt.24.08.2015). After 10 days, when I contacted to karbonne customer care on Dt.3.09.2015, they again told me it is still pending and will take another 10 days. When i asked them to connect me to their seniors, they were not able to do that even after i hold the call for Half an Hour. By their attitude, I am not sure whether they will be able to repair it in near future. I want either my handset should repair in 2 to 3 days or I should be provided new hand set as it is already with them for around 60 days and my new phone has eventually became old. Kindly help.
