I am Amir Khan Lives in Sec-15, Noida. I had purchase a Karbonn Titanium S5 Mobile Phone (IMEI No 1: [protected]; IMEI No 2: [protected]; S.No.: KTOS[protected]} Dated: 16/10/2013 from Noida. After some months I have facing problem on my mobile phone it was restarting automatically. Then I went Dated 26.06.2014 to Karbonn Service Centre, Anuragni Electronics, Atta Market, Sec-27, Noida.
My JOB Card No.: KJASPUP422614K802, ASP Code: KJASPUP422, Dated: 26.06.2014
On the day Customer Care Executive had submitted my mobile on his service centre and given me a Job Card, as per him need to contact after 15 days. When I contact him at 11.07.2014 they told me to contact at after one week. When I went there 21.07.2014 they also need a time of one week. Now I had visited Several weeks on Karbonn Service Centre.
In my every visit they need time of 7-10 days. Now I am feed up regarding this kind of mentally harassment and peace of mind because I can’t receive any satisfaction from the Karbonn Service Centre.
Several times I meet with Mr. Kasim (CCE) they are excusing and need time of one week every time.
I need your help to take strict action on the behalf of my complaint.
