[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — no response from authorised service centre even after 45 days | |||
Dear sir, 20th september 2017 I have given my 10" karbon tablet for repair / replacement of battery on[protected] to m/s. Global mobile masters, thiruvananthapuram, kerala (Phone no.[protected] being the authorized service centre for karbon electronic equipments. I have neither received the tablet duly repaired nor got positive reply even after 45 days of handing over the equipment. The authorized service centre says that they have intended for a new battery with the company at new delhi and the same has not yet been supplied by the company. How can an authorized service centre function without a spare battery for 45 days? It appears that both the company and its authorized service centre are not concerned about the customer or customer service. They take their sweet time for responding. A company without good after sales service will perish within no time. I request you to take up the matter with the company and their authorized service centre for a positive response.
