Karbonn Mobiles — Non availability of Battery

I have purchased a Karbonn A12+ last year in November and now the battery of my phone get discharged immediately. I have suggested to change the battery but I am searching it for more than 1 month but unable to get it. I request to sort out the issue so that i can use my phone smoothly.
