Karbonn Mobiles — Non receipt of my handset from service centre since 22.8.2015

I had given my Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus to Service Centre at Meerut on 22.8.2015 under Service Job Sheet No.KJASPUP130815KR18442. Since then, I visited the Service Centre several times and also enquired at [protected] several times. Each time I am told that the set will be received within 10 or 5 days. Now, I want to know as to whether I shall be getting my hand set back or not and if yest, how.
