My karbon mobile octane plus is under warranty and the same is having charging problem
I have given my handset to Shree Mobile Services center at Alibag (revdanda)
on 30 may 2015 vide job sheet no: "KJASPMH536515KR212" . I have been told by the service center that my mobile will get repaired with in the 15 days of time .After 15 days when i contacted to shree mobile center then i come to know that they have not yet received the required parts from the company .They told me to raise the complaint with karbon customer service by referring the job Sheet No.
I have several times called to Karbon customer services and every time I am getting the same response that please wait for 10 days because the required parts is not available.They told us that we will forward your compliant to the senior executive and accordingly they will arrange to send the required parts to the service center. Till date my mobile is not get repaired and i am continuously making follow up with the customer service and not getting any positive response from them.
Requesting you to look into the matter and help me so that i can get my repaired mobile handset by service the center.
