Karbonn Mobiles — Not Providing Replancemet from Last 4 Months | |||
My Self Harjeet Singh and I bought a Karbonn S15 mobile set on 12 March 2015 (invoice attached). It was a faulty phone and i submit my phone to Karbonn Service Center Ludhiana (Receipt Attached) 23 March 2015. Service center executive told me that phone cannot be repaired by them and they will send it for replacement. They gave me receipt and tell me to come after 15 days. Now it is 18th of July but till not get any replacement or refund. Sir, I have visited service center too many times. But they never answered me satisfactory. Kindly help me to get out of this and guide me what should i have to do now. Was this information helpful? | |||
