Karbonn Mobiles — Not providing service

Sir i bought a karbonn titanium s99 mobile with 1 year warranty, now it is on 10th month but my mobile have the problem of touch failure, so i provide it in the Karbonn service center they said it takes 30 days to repairs i also accept for that but now it reached 50 days but still they said they not received parts.. and they said karbonn company is not replying them, so they ask to make complaint... so kindly take action and repair my mobile as soon as possible, ...me from:puducherry complain date:16/10/2015 name: nagamuthu model : karbonn titanium s99 problem touch failure service center: Guna electronics, 245, t.v. road, puducherry
