Karbonn Mobiles — Not repair mobile display

I was submit my karbonn mobile last October 29th at mobi care authorized service centre of karbonn mobile. They told me that will ready in 15 days. When I called and asked them should my phone is ready they told me your model display didn't dispatche from head office. Now more than months past my phone ready yet.
