Karbonn Mobiles — Not responding nor repairing my cell phone

this company is manipulating me last one and half month giving excuses parts is not available . even i asked him if parts is not available then replace my cell phone but they are always giving the assurance sir u wait last 10 days ur parts will be available but after 10 if i m calling him he is giving me the same excuse to wait next 10 days and in sense i am following him now more then 45 days are over but i haven't get my phone repaired by this company please help me how i will get back my repaired phone . what step should i take ??? is any forum who can listen my problem and help me ???
