Karbonn Mobiles — not returned the phone after 45 days

sir, My name is Manish, its been two months of giving my phone to the service center and yet there is no response from there side, they have given me a time of 45 days and i submit the headset on 8-12-14 and today is[protected], please help me out of this, my job sheet no. is KJASPDL0821214K22711, the problem is the rear camera is not working, sir please resolve this issue before 25 feb'15
