Karbonn Mobiles — Not returning mobile after one month for service

We have given one mobile karbonn titanium s6 for service in thambaram service centre-name-united care.After one month also they are giving same answers next week sure and the system is slow we will check it up and call u, they are not calling another day we called they are saying the same thing and no responce very worst service...And they are telling we will send one mail to our company like this..
