Karbonn Mobiles — PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE | |||
Karbonn's S3 Titanium Phone purchased in Oct '14 Display problem faced within 4 months of purchase and matter reported to Karbonn service centre on 17-Feb. Also submitted the device with them. Till today (More than 6 weeks after submission), I have not received any intimation from them regarding date of delivery. After every mail/call to their customer care centre, I'm told to wait another 7-10 days but after the said period is over, I hear the same thing again.
