i have purchased carbon a12 star mobile before 04 months and now it is switching off again and again while showing battery 50 and 70%. I have viseted carbon service centre at sitaram building in craft market at mumbai they have told me that it is purchased on line and we do not have registred this model with us and we do not have spare parts of this model.then I have asked them to do with payments then they checked the mobile and take 170 Rs from me and from second day it is having the same problem. please registr my complain and take is as a legal notice and please guide me on mob.no.
