[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — Phone not retured back from service center | |||
Dear Reader. I have submitted my Karbonn S9 titanium (under warranty- Date of purchased-09/03/2014) on[protected] to karnal karbonn service center, as phone was swich off during charging and not able to on. The job sheet no is KJASPHR056814K13607. The service center people ensure me that i will get it back after replacement or repair with in 4 weeks. But sadly i have to inform you that after 7 weeks gone i am not even know the status of my phone. Every time when i call to your center they ask i will get it by next week.
