Dear Sir, i am pained to say that i have a very poor experience as far a customer service from your company is concerned. We had purchase a new phone and it started giving problems within first days o[censored]sage, we had taken it to customer care who were not convinced with the complaint as the defect was that ' sometime the phone would automatically reboot".
they wasted a lot of our time then they finally booked the phone for service after we visited them thrice for return on 12/2/2015. now its over a month and they still have no clue on its replacement!
we request you to kindly replace the unit with a new one within next week or we will have to move the problem to the local consumer court with bill and facts.
