Dear Sir/Mam, I am Vinay Lives in Delhi. I had purchase a Karbonn A-51 Mobile Phone (IMEI No 1:[protected]; IMEI No 2: [protected]; Dated: 7/08/2014 from Dehi. After few days I have facing problem on my mobile phone network. Then I went Dated 01.09.14 to Karbonn Service Centre, uttam nagar. My JOB Card No.: KJASPDL082914K19134, Dated: 01.09.14 On the day Customer Care Executive had submitted my mobile on his service centre and given me a Job Card, as per him need to contact after 15 days. When I contact him at 15.09.14 they told me to contact at after 10 Days. . Now I am feed up regarding this kind of mentally harassment and peace of mind because I can’t receive any satisfaction from the Karbonn Service Centre. Several times I meet with CCE they are excusing and need time of one week every time.
