I have purchased a Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus handset from Bigbazar e-Zone on 6th, March, 2015. After using of 2 and half months, its touchpad got corrupted. I have given the handset for repair under warranty to Karbonn Authorised Service Center, M/s. Smart Services, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 27th, May, 2015. After several follow ups through phone and personal visits tto the Service Center, I got only answer that, the defective part is not yet invoiced from the Parts Dispatch Center. Today is 3rd, July, 2015. I would request you to take necessary legal action towards return of my handset in working condition or otherwise submit the case in Consumer Forum for this type of mental harassment.
