Name: Parveen Kumar Contact: [protected] Job Sheet No. KJASPPB184714K5553 ASP Code: KJASPPB184 Karbonn A26 (Under Warranty) Bought on 4 Jan 2014 Got Problem on 25th July Gave to Complaint Centre on 26th July Complained so many times on [protected]@jainaindia.com and returned me with hell worse conditioned Karbonn A35 IMEI ESN1 = [protected] IMEI ESN2 = [protected] I sent them all the details including scanned copy of job sheet. For struggling after 3 months, i got a solution for the problem of my handset from their side and that solution was hell poor. Being a reputed manufacturer, its their duty to serve the customer in the best way. And they resolved my problem by providing me other second hand worst condition handset Karbonn A35. And now its been more than an year that i am complaining about this phone to your complaint centres that the condition of this phone is way too bad (as it keeps on hanging) since the day i have got this phone but no one is responding to me in suitable manner. I really wanted to get out of this problem either by getting new phone or the repaired and good version of Karbonn A26 only as my earlier phone was under warranty and i have been given extended warranty again and its because of their complaint centre problem only that i am facing this issue. I hoped that they will resolve this issue because the patience limit has reached its heights after almost 2 years. Was this information helpful? | |||
