I had purchased Mobile Handset, Karbonn Mobile Model S4, from E-Zone (of Big Bazaar), Kothrud on March 27, 2015. The handset/phone was covered under warranty back-up of One year from purchase. After working fine for about Four months it developed problem with display function. It was deposited with Universal Enterprises (Authorised Service Provider of Karbonn Mobiles) located in Sagar Arcade Complex, Mitra Mandal Chowk, Saras Baug, Pune on July 27, 2015. They had promised to deliver it back within 25 days since the handset was to be sent back to the company.
Today it is exactly FOUR months since I deposited this phone to them but they have not been able to resolve the issue. Whenever I contact them through telephone number or email, i get the same standard reply every time, that yet to resolve the problem it will take another 10 days or 5 days and as soon as it will be resolved we will get back to you.
I am forwarding you their standardized email communication reply received yesterday -
