Karbonn Mobiles — Repeated problems in mobile and poor servcie | |||
Dear Team I purchased Karbonn Titanium Octane plus on 4th April'15 from Ankit Communications Gurgaon. (IMEI - [protected]), vide bill no 10040. since then i am facing problems with phone. 1. Phone got problem of charging in June'15 and when i gave it to service center, they were not accepting the phone because they mentioned that the imei no, is not registered. I had faced great inconvenience due to phone not charging. After great difficulty and repeated calls to customer care, no solution was given. i had to get the charging point replaced on my expense from your service center in Sikanderpur, Gurgaon. 2. Now camera is not functioning well. it is giving blurred image and on showing it to service center. they are again asking to leave the phone for at-least 10 days. It is ridiculous to keep the phone for 10 days as it is important part of daily routine. I requested them to order for the part and take the phone for 2-3 hours to replace part, but they refused. with these great inconveniences and mental tensions i strongly looking forward to Karbonn Company to replace the phone immediately. looking for positive reply soon Dheeraj Parkash [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
