everytime i call their customer care no, they give me 10 days time
im totally dependent on my phone for my study purposes and i cannot opened laptop for each little problem
you are the most worst co. i've ever seen my life
i wont even think about to buy karbonn product
just return my phone back in 3 days i cant tolerate anymore
there's deficiency in service
and im gonna make u pay for it
